My Story

Hello, I’m Tanya Guyder. I have 25 years of experience in business workflow and logistics. Entrepreneurs and small businesses hire me as their “business manager and virtual assistant.” I live in Greenville, SC, with Mike (husband), Lana, Nadia, and Abii (daughters), Kaliyah (granddaughter) and my 3 rescue furbabies.

Here’s my story:

I started off as a teacher. Teaching 2nd and 3rd grades for both public and private schools. As much as I liked working with the children it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I then started working at various offices ranging from answering phones to working on databases. I was able to help others ease their stress and I enjoyed helping.

I have since helping with memberships, managing email and calendars for various C-suite members, worked with invoicing and managing of payments and donations, and working on databases.

I have worked in many different positions, acquiring many different skills to help from managing an office to organizing events. I have also had many amazing teachers and mentors along the way.

Now, I’m launching and running my own small company TMG Tech Savvy Solutions to give myself the opportunity to help where I’m needed and to be able to work on projects that will help me learn and grow as a business owner.

Launched in 2025, TMG Tech Savvy Solutions is hired by entrepreneurs and small businesses to act as their business manager and virtual assistant, helping build their business one project at a time under less stress.
