Hello! I’m Tanya Guyder, founder of TMG Tech Savvy Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in business workflow and logistics, entrepreneurs and small businesses partner with me as their business manager and virtual assistant—so they can grow their businesses with less stress and more focus.
I live in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina, with my husband Mike, our daughters Lana, Nadia, and Abii, our granddaughter Kaliyah, and our three rescue furbabies who keep life lively and full of love.

My Story
I began my career as a teacher, working with 2nd and 3rd graders in both public and private schools. While I loved inspiring my students, I eventually realized that teaching wasn’t the perfect fit for me.
So, I transitioned into the business world—first answering phones and managing office tasks, then expanding into database management and workflow coordination. I discovered how much I enjoyed helping others reduce stress, stay organized, and find clarity in their processes.
Over the years, I’ve supported C-suite executives, managed memberships and donations, overseen invoicing and payment systems, maintained and configured CRMs, and coordinated countless calendars and communications. Each role taught me something new and helped me refine how to make operations smoother and more efficient.
With the guidance of incredible mentors and years of hands-on experience, I decided it was time to step fully into my own path. In 2025, I launched TMG Tech Savvy Solutions—a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners bring order, direction, and peace of mind to their daily operations.
Through TMG, I get to combine my love for organization, technology, and people—building businesses one project at a time while continuing to learn and grow along the way.
